🫂 Garden 5 · Relationships
🌳 Intertwined roots. Supportive relationships can help people feel seen, connected, and less alone. That can include chosen family, friends, and neighbors, and it can also mean boundaries, grief, loneliness, or rebuilding trust.
👀 Notice: who helps you feel safe, supported, encouraged, or understood?
🌱 Next small step: reach out to one person who matters to you.
🩺 Support: support groups, counselors, and caregiver resources can help when relationships are strained.
