๐Ÿ”„ Make any recipe SOS-free in 3 swaps

Kitchen Monk recipes are always SOS-free. Some recipes below use a little salt, oil, or sweetener, so use these swaps:

  • ๐Ÿง‚โžก๏ธ๐Ÿ‹ No added salt: lemon, lime, vinegar, garlic, herbs, salt-free spices, and no-salt-added cans. Skip soy sauce, miso, and salty broths.
  • ๐Ÿซ’โžก๏ธ๐Ÿ’ง No oil: sautรฉ in water or no-salt-added broth, roast on parchment, and use blended beans or a little nut butter for creaminess.
  • ๐Ÿฏโžก๏ธ๐ŸŒด No added sugar: whole dates, Barhi date caramel, or ripe fruit instead of syrup, honey, or sugar.
