Who Robin is

Chef Robin Jeep has spent decades showing that whole-food, plant-based cooking can be nourishing, practical, and genuinely delicious. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, she worked with Joel Fuhrman, MD, as a recipe developer and cooking instructor, created her own Vibrant Cuisine® cooking style, authored The Super Antioxidant Diet and Nutrition Guide (2008), and co-founded Enliven Foods. Her gift is making the kitchen feel welcoming, especially to people who think they “can’t cook.”

🌵 Robin in Santa Fe

Santa Fe’s rare mix of food, art, culture, agriculture, hospitality, wellness, education, and the outdoors creates unusual possibilities for culinary education. Robin is interested in thoughtful collaborations that help people experience food as practical, joyful, social, creative, and connected to everyday life.

Ways Santa Fe can cook with Robin: community classes · cooking demonstrations · retreats · senior-living enrichment · private groups · workplace wellness · garden-to-table · culinary mentoring · community food programs · conferences · healthcare education events · special events · private chef services.

Start with one class

Not sure where to begin? Start with one demonstration, workshop, gathering, or event. If it serves your community well, the relationship can grow from there.

⏱ 30–45 minute demonstration
🗣 60-minute demonstration and discussion
🙌 90-minute interactive workshop
🔪 2-hour hands-on class
🌞 Half-day culinary experience
🍲 One community dinner, retreat meal, employee event, senior-living demonstration, or nursing-team event

How a collaboration can grow: One experience → Mini series (3 sessions) → Flourishing Kitchen series (6 sessions) → Seasonal series (4 per year) → Ongoing culinary partnership. Pricing and availability are arranged directly with Robin.

What could we create together?

Tap what you’re planning to see program ideas. Every program is shaped with your organization.

🏫 A community class or adult-education course

The Flourishing Kitchen: simple, joyful plant-forward cooking people can repeat at home, with tasting, basic techniques, substitutions, and questions. Beans Without Boredom: affordable bowls, soups, spreads, and batch cooking. Cooking Confidence: a no-judgment six-class series for people who say “I can’t cook,” ending with “I can feed myself.” Cooking for One: small portions, freezer strategies, and less waste. Cooking on a Budget: staples, frozen and canned produce, and meal-stretching, while respecting that food access is not just a personal choice.

🏔 A retreat

Robin as retreat chef, culinary educator, demonstration leader, or community-table host. Sample formats: One Meal + One Conversation · Dinner + Demonstration · Full-Day Culinary Experience · Weekend Flourishing Kitchen · Garden-to-Table Retreat · Caregiver or Healthcare Team Retreat.

🌻 A senior-living activity

Interactive culinary enrichment built around food, creativity, practical skills, memory, conversation, and community: Soup & Stories · Cooking Memories · Beans Around the World · Cooking for the Next Chapter · Intergenerational Kitchen · Seasonal Kitchen. Programs are recreational and social, not dietary treatment or therapy, and are coordinated with each community’s dining, activity, and clinical staff.

🩺 A healthcare or nursing-team event

Feed the people who feed everyone else. Rescue Meals for Care Teams · The Night-Shift Kitchen · The Caregiver’s Kitchen · Cooking After a 12-Hour Shift · a Nurses Week Culinary Experience (“You spend the year nourishing everyone else. Let someone nourish you.”). These support nourishment, connection, and kitchen confidence; they are not burnout treatment.

🏢 A workplace event

Lunch + Learn + Cook: What to Eat When You’re Exhausted · Desk Lunches That Don’t Make You Sad · Dinner After Work · Beans Without Boredom.

🌱 A garden or farmers-market event

Garden visit → ingredient education → cooking demonstration → shared meal. Or “What Do I Do With This?”: a grower hands Robin an ingredient, and she shows simple ways to use it.

🎤 A conference

Main-stage cooking demonstration · breakout workshop · culinary lab · evening community-table event · preconference workshop, for nursing, lifestyle medicine, aging, caregiving, wellness, or food-system gatherings.

🥂 A private group

Private cooking classes, family gatherings, friend-group experiences, and wellness weekends, in addition to Robin’s Santa Fe private chef services.

Kitchen Monk collaborations, such as Seven-Minute Rescue Meals™ and The Community Pot, can be offered together with Robin as joint programs. Southwest-inspired programs will credit the cultures and communities whose traditions they draw on and, where appropriate, involve local culinary voices. Youth programs are not offered until safety, supervision, and allergen procedures are in place.
