What you can do next
Plant Powered Metro New York (PPMNY) is an independent nonprofit, founded in 2019, that helps people learn to eat and live well with whole plant foods. It meets in person across New York City, Long Island, Westchester, and New Jersey, and online so people can join from other places too.
- Try the 21-Day Jumpstart, free. A guided three weeks online with recipes, live group sessions, and support. PPMNY says it’s open to anyone in a time zone that fits its live schedule. Jumpstart details ↗
- ¿Prefiere español? Reto Salud a Base de Plantas es la versión en español, también sin costo. Reto Salud ↗ · espanol@ppmny.org
- Come to an event: cooking demos, talks, potlucks, and market tours. Many are free; some, like group restaurant dinners, have a set price. Event calendar ↗
- Get connected: PPMNY’s newsletter, its English and Spanish online communities, and (for New York metro residents) its peer mentorship are all reached through its own contact page. Connect with PPMNY ↗ · info@ppmny.org
💬 Not sure what to say? Try: “I’m interested in joining. When is the next gathering, and what should I know about cost, language, accessibility, and food?”
