🌲 Grow at Your Own Pace

🌰 Seed → 🌱 Sprout → 🌿 Seedling → 🌳 Sapling → 🌲 Evergreen

These are Kitchen Monk™ participation and learning stages. They are a gentle way to see where you are and what might come next. There are no tests, no scores, and no rush. You can stay at any stage as long as you like.

🏡 Welcome to families, caregivers, and community members, and to CNAs, LPNs/LVNs, RNs, and APRNs too. Everyone takes part in the way that fits their own life and role.

🌰 Seed: Begin

Discover the pathway and choose one small action. Look around, notice what would help most today, and pick just one thing: add a plant food to a meal, take a short walk, or call a friend.

🌱 Sprout: Practice

Try a free activity, resource, or introductory lesson. Cook one simple recipe, try a one-minute calming pause, or explore a free program from the Toolkit.

🌿 Seedling: Build

Develop routines and explore additional learning. Turn one practice into a weekly rhythm, like a Sunday pot of soup or a Tuesday walk, and try a longer free program such as the eight-week mindfulness course.

🌳 Sapling: Connect

Participate, support others, and explore teaching opportunities appropriate to your role. Join the free community, invite a neighbor to a walk or a shared meal, or, if you love cooking, explore teaching a plant-based class in your own community.

🌲 Evergreen: Sustain & Serve

Continue learning, mentor where qualified, and contribute to the community. Keep the practices that help you, rest when you need to, share what you have learned, and join one practical act of care for your neighbors.
