- โ 2 cans (15 oz) kidney beans, no salt added, drained
- โ 2 cans (15 oz) black beans, no salt added, drained
- โ 2 cans (15 oz) diced tomatoes, no salt added
- โ 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste, no salt added
- โ 1 red onion, diced
- โ 16 oz frozen spinach
- โ 2 russet potatoes, cubed
- โ 1 tsp oregano ยท ยฝ tsp each smoked paprika, turmeric, black pepper, cumin
- โ 1 liter homemade salt-free broth or water, plus 1 liter water
- โ To serve: 1 cup cooked brown rice per bowl
