🌿 Wanda Huberman is Executive Director of the National Health Association (NHA), a nonprofit founded in 1948 that teaches whole-food, plant-based living without added salt, oil, or sugar: the same SOS-free standard Kitchen Monk follows.

🚒 Under her leadership, the NHA has built a plant-based group travel program. NHA names her, along with travel advisor Lisa McCarl, as a contact for its WFPB trips. When Windstar Cruises launched its NHA plant-based menu in 2023, she was reported to have worked closely with Windstar’s culinary team to make sure the recipes met NHA standards.

NHA says memberships start at just $15. Members get priority notice about NHA travel; Life and Century members hear first. NHA keeps a members’ Discounts page; check it for current offers, which we don’t list because they change.
