๐ Make It the Kitchen Monk Way
No oil or sugar added. Two small salt sources to adjust:
| Ingredient | Kitchen Monk swap | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Optional salt at the end | Skip it; add lemon zest, extra garlic, or a pinch of smoked paprika | ๐ง Swap |
| Chopped olives | Olives are cured in brine, so leave them out; a little more balsamic and fresh basil keeps the salad lively | ๐ง Swap |
| Balsamic vinegar | Choose plain balsamic with no added sugar or caramel color | Label check |
