🪔 Nurses lighting the way

Meet Karen Laing

DNP, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, DipACLM, HWNC-BC, CHES, FPCNA

Karen Laing is a nurse practitioner and nurse coach who helps nurses understand how everyday habits, like food, movement, sleep, stress, and connection, shape health. She created the Lifestyle Nursing course offered through the Integrative Nurse Coach Academy (INCA).

Why she matters to Kitchen Monk: when nurses learn lifestyle medicine, they bring it back to the bedside, the clinic, and the kitchen table. That’s how good health ideas reach patients and families like yours.
